Recent Projects
Dordogne Client
A fully managed fosse septique installation in the Dordogne for a fantastic client. We began with a full soil study and site survey, then discussed their plans for future renovations, extensions, driveway and landscaping so the design would be fully future-proof.
From there, we produced a detailed report, created all required site plans and handled all SPANC & Mairie administration. We met SPANC on site at each key stage – design, installation and final inspection – until the system was fully approved.
To finish, we introduced the client to a trusted local landscaping partner, who completed the final garden and driveway finishing works.
Dordogne Client
Another fantastic client undertaking a major renovation and self-build project. We began by excavating the entire ground floor using our restricted access machines, then installed a full damp-proof course and backfilling with the correct aggregates to prepare for insulation and the new concrete slab, completed by one of our trusted partners.
We also handled all utility trenching from the nearest electrical network terminal to provide the new mains supply. Around the exterior, we excavated the full perimeter of the house and installed a complete French drain system, then backfilled and regraded the garden to form the new pathway and patio layout. Everything was compacted and prepared ready for the concrete slab and final tiling, again completed by one of our trusted partners.
