1st Stage: Site Survey & Soil Study
Starting at the very first stage, we will complete a detailed site survey and soil study to consider the critical factors to design the most appropriate water treatment system for your property:

Drainage Field Location & Design
We then discuss the findings and the recommended system with you in detail, along with any alternative options, their benefits/limitations and cost implications. We then produce a final report and with your input build a detailed quote for the installation face-to-face (with our standard products built into our quoting application for complete price transparency).
All this will be completed whilst on-site during 1 day and the final report and quote will be discussed with you, printed and sent electronically before we leave.
2nd Stage: Application, Implementation, Approval
We produce all the necessary documentation and handle all applications and formalities with your Mairie and the local SPANC administration
Using our own fleet of plant machinery and tooling, we fully install the fosse system and drainage bed, including all necessary electrical connections and careful commissioning of the new fosse system, before soft landscaping the excavated areas. We meet with SPANC representatives throughout the process with pre-arranged inspections at various stages, to ensure compliance and obtain official approval !
3rd Stage: Maintenance
Maintenance subscriptions (annual cleaning & periodic emptying) are available to ensure your system is correctly maintained and warrantied !
